• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Maestro via PayPal guest checkout
• PayPal Pay Later where it is offered in your country

The 50% deposit

Prices shown on custom, made-to-order items are a 50% deposit. That deposit reserves your production slot and covers materials.

Once your piece is finished we email photos from every angle. After you approve them, we send a secure PayPal link for the remaining balance, and the parcel ships as soon as it clears.

Ready-made items — felting kits, blank ornaments, in-stock animals — are charged in full at checkout, with no balance to pay later.

Currency and fees

All prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee — that fee comes from your bank, not from us.

Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. See our shipping policy for details.

Security

Card details are entered on PayPal's own systems and are never transmitted to or stored on felted-pet.com. We receive only a transaction ID, the amount, and the shipping address you chose.
