Lead times for trade orders
Stock items (kits, blank ornaments, ready-made animals) ship in 5–10 business days. Custom commissioned pieces follow the same 3–8 week timeline as retail, reserved against your monthly slot allocation.
For seasonal ranges we ask for December orders by the end of September.
