Track My Order
Every order gets a tracking link the moment it ships. Before that, here is what each production stage means.
Where to find your tracking number
It is in your shipping confirmation email, sent to the address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 24 hours of the shipping notice.
If you cannot find it, email hello@felted-pet.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Production stages
- Order received — your slot is reserved and your photos are in the queue
- Photo review — an artisan checks your references and asks any questions
- In progress — sculpting and felting; this is the longest stage
- Draft photo sent — your approval is needed before we finish
- Final photos and balance payment — the last details go in
- Shipped — tracked, with a link emailed to you
Delivery not moving?
International tracking often pauses for several days during customs clearance; that is normal. If there has been no update for ten business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
